Kimberly Colburn, CEO and Co-Founder
Kimberly Colburn is a skilled event manager, producer, administrator, and community builder.
She has managed digital, hybrid and in-person events for Soulpepper Theatre, the University of Toronto’s Robotics Institute, AGEWELL, the Canadian Robotics Council, South Coast Rep, LA Wine Fest, the Humana Festival, CanCOVID, and many more.
Trained as a theatre producer and story editor, she was the Literary Director of South Coast Rep, where she co-directed the Pacific Playwrights Festival and led the CrossRoads commissioning program. She has worked with performing arts companies including Los Angeles Opera, Denver Center Theatre Company, Actors Theatre of Louisville, Mixed Blood Theatre, Oregon Contemporary Theatre, Artists at Play, The Playwrights Center, the Eugene O’Neill Playwrights Conference, Musical Stage Company, and Native Voices at the Autry.

Bree Sherry, Chief Operations Officer
Bree Sherry is a seasoned Event Producer. She has worked with companies from all over the world ensuring successful planning and execution of in person, virtual, and hybrid events.
Both trained in technical theater as well as in agile and scrum, Bree seamlessly blends the business and creative worlds together for the ultimate working experience.
In her 20+ year career, Bree has managed projects ranging from one day to one year and in every industry imaginable. Partnering with the United Nations, Disney, SalesForce, CNBC, Toronto Film Festival, McGlinchey, Cloudera, Nike, Lifetime, The Gates Foundation, The Latin Grammy Awards, and more, Bree has produced events with meticulous precision and finesse.
Based in Los Angeles, Bree is no stranger to talent. She has worked along side Zendaya, Bill Gates, Kendrick Lamar, Kobe Bryant, Kyle Abraham, tWitch, They Might Be Giants, Calle 13, The LA Dance Project, L'homme Cirque, George Clinton, Melissa Joan Hart, Rusted Root, Cirque Mechanics, Mark Morris Dance Group, Wayne Brady, Michelle Williams, and countless others.
Bree prides herself on her work with international artists understanding and embracing others’ cultures and experiences.
Julia Lederer, Workshop Specialist
An internationally-acclaimed writer, Julia's plays have been produced across North America and in Europe, in cities including: Los Angeles, Chicago, and Paris. She was a 2023 playwright in residence at the Banff Centre for the Arts and Creativity and at NotaBle Acts Theatre. Her films have screened at major festivals worldwide, including South By SouthWest, TIFF, and Palm Springs. She brings her storytelling skills and unique voice to a variety mediums; including narrative podcasts, television, and social media; and has published poetry and prose. In 2022, Julia won the Gold Craft Copywriting Award (at the 100th Marketing Awards) for her commercial script, "WANT", for BetterHelp. Julia also has over ten years of experience training law and social work students (amongst others) in interpersonal and communication skills at Toronto Metropolitan University, in addition to bringing these skills to corporate training programs. Caroline McGraw, Workshop Specialist
Caroline V. McGraw is a playwright, screenwriter, and educator whose work has been produced and workshopped at theaters across the country, including Page 73, Lesser America, South Coast Rep’s Pacific Playwrights Festival, Second Stage, the Williamstown Theatre Festival, the Cleveland Playhouse, Portland Center Stage, and Ars Nova. Caroline has written new play commissions for Yale Rep and South Coast Rep and is developing a commission from Manhattan Theatre Club/The Sloan Foundation. She has received the Page 73 Playwriting Fellowship, a Tow Foundation Residency, and the AracaWorks Graduate Playwriting Award. She has been in residence at the William Inge Theater Center and SPACE on Ryder Farm. Her short films have shown at festivals around the country, including Los Angeles Cinefest and the St. Louis International Festival. She has taught writing at Yale University, Wesleyan, and Williams College. She has several screen and audio projects in development; most recently, she wrote for the award-winning QCode podcast Foxes of Hydesville, starring Carey Mulligan. Chloe Payne, Workshop Specialist
Chloe is an actor, theatre artist, educator and public speaking coach based in Vancouver, British Columbia. She is a graduate of the prestigious physical theatre school École Philippe Gaulier and attended George Brown Theatre School. Inspired by her experience in theatrical performance, her public speaking coaching harnesses concepts from stage presence, improv, and rhetoric. Chloe is also a former IT professional having spent four years working for the University of Toronto’s Information Technology Services division as a communications officer.
Chloe has led public speaking workshops for many clients, including the University of Toronto Mississauga, the Unite conference, George Brown College, the count of Simcoe and more. She teaches movement and theatrical performance for various institutions, including the Vancouver Film School, Tightrope Theatre, The University of Toronto, Havergal College, The Storefront Theatre, The County of Simcoe and Sweet Action Theatre Company.
Casey Stangl, Workshop Specialist
Casey Stangl is an award-wining director based in Los Angeles, with an expertise is developing new plays. Her work has been seen at theaters across the country including South Coast Repertory, American Conservatory Theater, Guthrie Theater, Arizona Theater Company, La Jolla Playhouse, Woolly Mammoth Theatre, Portland Stage and Cleveland Playhouse. She currently serves as a voter for the Tony Awards. From 2105-22 Casey was Associate Artistic Director for Ojai Playwrights Conference. A proud member of SDC, the national labor union for stage directors and choreographers, Casey recently completed three terms on SDC’s Executive Board. In addition to her work for the stage Casey directs and does script adaptation on foreign language dubbing projects for Netflix, HBO Max, Disney+ and Amazon. Casey is currently developing several audio fiction projects with Mumble Media.
